How long does onboarding take?

Most agencies are live within two to four weeks. We connect to your EMR and clearinghouse, map your payer mix and fee schedules, then run one full cycle in parallel with your current process before taking over. You are never mid-transition with claims in limbo.

Do we have to change our EMR?

No. We work inside the system you already use and integrate with more than thirty platforms. If yours is not on our list, we will confirm compatibility during the audit before either side commits.

How is pricing structured?

A flat percentage of collections, quoted after the audit so it reflects your actual payer mix and volume. There are no per-claim fees, no setup charges, and no minimum term in the first year.

What happens to our existing A/R?

We work your legacy A/R alongside new claims. Aged accounts are triaged by recoverability and payer deadline, and anything outside the appeal window is reported back to you rather than quietly written off.

Who has access to patient data?

Only the assigned account team, under role-based access controls with audit logging. We sign a BAA before any data moves, and all transfer and storage is encrypted.

Can we start with just the audit?
